We only accept return requests under the following circumstances:

  • Item received is damaged

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Missing product in the package

To initiate a return, please reach out within 3 days of delivery along with clear photo or video proof.

Eligibility criteria:

  • Product must be unused

  • Must be returned in original packaging with all contents intact

Refund details:

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days

  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method
